I never  thought I’d say this, but I am in love with all things gold so far this spring.

I know I am late to the gold craze…and there’s no guarantee my current obsession with gold will stick around.

However, here are a few of the accessories in my closet that have been my “Go-to” pieces over the past few weeks.

Earlier this year, I got a small triangle tattoo on my upper forearm. Now that I’m permanently wearing a triangle, unique triangle pieces are really jumping out at me.

This hand hammered brass bangle was gifted to me by one of my families when I was doing foster care case management  years ago. I haven’t the slightest idea where it was purchased, but it has been one of my favorite pieces for years. I wear it incessantly. It is great standing alone, but I often pair it up with a set of three bamboo bangles. The contrast of the metal & bamboo appeals to me and I love the way it looks.

This necklace was picked out for me by my 8 year old niece. I had selected another necklace while visiting the Velvet Lounge Boutique, when she found this one instead and “twisted my arm” to choose this one instead. This is a very different type of piece for me and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it.

(admittedly, though I am not a fan of the song, every time I look at the fox, I want to say “what does the fox say?”)
